CREATOR EUPHORIA – REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of digital products and assets made through creatoreuphoria.com (the “Website”). All digital products sold on this Website are subject to a strict No-Refund Policy. By completing a transaction on the Website, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Irrevocable Nature of Digital Goods
The Website specializes exclusively in the sale of non-tangible, digital download assets (including but not limited to emotes, sub badges, stream overlays, and custom stream packages).
Immediate Fulfillment: Because digital assets are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, restored, or checked back into inventory, all sales are considered fully executed, final, and irrevocable once a download link has been generated or delivered via email.
Prior Disclosure: This policy is consistent with standard global e-commerce practices for digital goods and is disclosed transparently prior to checkout. A user’s failure to read or comprehend this Policy prior to transaction completion does not waive or alter these terms.
2. Exclusive Remedy for Defective or Corrupted Files
The Company does not issue monetary refunds or store credits under any circumstances. However, a limited administrative remedy is available strictly under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligible Circumstances
A user may request remediation if and only if the delivered digital file is verifiably corrupt, structurally incomplete, or fails to open using industry-standard, authorized software applications.
2.2 Scope of Remedy
If a file is determined by our support team to be defective under Section 2.1, the Company will provide the following exclusive remedies:
A functional, identical replacement copy of the originally purchased digital asset will be issued to the Licensee at no additional charge.
No Product Exchanges: The defective asset cannot be exchanged for a different product, variant, or store credit.
No Financial Restitution: Under no circumstances will a cash, credit card, or payment gateway refund be issued in lieu of a digital file replacement.
2.3 Strict Request Window
To initiate a defective file claim, you must contact support@creatoreuphoria.com within seven (7) calendar days from the exact date of purchase. Your request must include your valid order number and objective documentation or descriptions of the technical defect.
Notice: Any replacement requests submitted after the expiration of the seven (7) day window will be rejected without evaluation.
3. Explicitly Non-Eligible Circumstances
For the avoidance of doubt, the following consumer actions, circumstances, and subjective issues do not qualify for refunds, replacements, credits, or any other form of legal or financial recourse:
Volitional buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or accidental purchase.
Negligence regarding product descriptions, dimensions, file formats, compatibility specifications, or licensing limits provided on the product listing page.
Technical incompatibility with unauthorized third-party software, mobile devices, outdated hardware, or streaming platforms not explicitly detailed as supported in the product listing.
Subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic style, color palettes, line work, or creative execution of an asset that was accurately represented in the marketing and display previews on the Website.
Accidental duplication of a purchase previously executed under the same or an alternative user account.
Account suspensions, stream terminations, or platform-side actions resulting from a third-party Intellectual Property holder’s enforcement policies against fan art assets (as outlined in Section 4).
4. Assumption of Risk for Fan Art Assets
Certain digital items available on the Website are clearly designated as unofficial, transformative works of fan art inspired by third-party intellectual property (“Third-Party IP”).
No Availability Warranties: The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that fan art listings will remain hosted or available on the Website indefinitely.
Enforcement Actions: In the event that a fan art asset is permanently removed from the Website due to a regulatory action, DMCA notice, or third-party IP holder enforcement, no refunds or adjustments will be issued to users who previously completed purchases of the affected item. This known commercial risk is explicitly assumed by the buyer at the point of sale.
5. Chargebacks, Payment Gateways, and Fraudulent Disputes
Filing a transactional dispute, credit card chargeback, or PayPal dispute with your financial institution without first seeking the contractually mandated remedies under Section 2 constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may be treated as a fraudulent conversion of digital property.
The Company aggressively contests all unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims through our payment processors and internal risk networks. Furthermore, the Company reserves the absolute right to:
Permanently blacklist the offending user’s email, IP address, and credentials from future transactions.
Report the fraudulent activity to independent database registries.
Issue formal notices of unauthorized use to the platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Discord) where the illegally obtained assets are currently deployed, which may result in automated content strikes or channel suspensions.
